About the Fancy Kitty swing picker
This is made to last for centuries! I love people who take pride in their work!
I picked an old Corriedale fleece that had turned out to be an almost impossible job because
of all the crud in it. Twice through the picker and a little combing and now it's beautiful. It is so
cool how when you turn the screws on top, you can align the points. I don't know how that
can work, but it does. And I haven't spilled a drop of blood. I know I will because I'm pretty
uncoordinated, but so far, so good. I am honored to own such a beautiful and functional work
of art.
Thank you very much!
Ann
Hey Ron,
I have been using your original simple design that is longer and I have to say that I just really enjoy the hooks
that you make. The weight is centered and it really doesn't matter which hook of yours that I use. You would be
surprised how much more enjoyable crocheting is when you use the 'perfect' hook.
Thanks for your reply and I look forward to hearing from you. Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend
and that your weather is as pleasant as the weather we are having in Nashville.

Hi Ron,
This is just a quick note to tell you that my HG spinner and nosti arrived today, and I've had

About the Bench Picker
Hello Ron!
I can't express how happy I am with my new bench picker! I took it to the fair today and tried it out for the first
time (no vehicle the last two days). Guess what fiber I tried out first - mohair!!! Two passes thru with
each batch produced mohair clouds suitable for spinning! I am so impressed that I may need to purchase
another picker when my husband and I start up our fiber processing business in a few months. Just wanted to
let you know. You make a wonderful product!
Thanks,
Mary

Received my picker today, it does what you say it will do, and isn't a lotta work! Ya hoo!! . Since I live in a
house with very curious cats, IMHO ,no picker should be sold without a top,IE to protect your investment and for
safety sake , it is recommended at least a 'cover board' be ordered'. I've had my picker for 6
hours...processsed about 5 lbs of fiber and cut a board to fit the top! Thanks for a product that does what it's
supposed to do!! :-) !!

About the Kitten drum carder
Hi Ron!
All I can say is WOW, really WOW! It's incredible...the workmanship, the whole buying experience! I'm am
telling all my friends on Ravelry about it! (Hey, are you on Ravelry? You should be! It's a super large group
of spinners, knitters, crocheters.) I am working on my first batt and having such fun. It does such an incredible
job. Fixing to run my batt through a second time and add some glitz. I purchased it mostly for blending
fibers,colors, and such.
Well, thanks for such a pleasant purchase. I left you a good comment on Etsy. I'm off to finish my batt and
post pics of my batt and the drum carder for my Ravelry groups I'm in. Hope it gets you some more business!
Thanks Ron,

Hi Ron,
Yes, my picker arrived safe and sound. I LOVE IT! I have some incredibly fine suri alpaca fiber that was a
bear to process as it tangled unmercifully during the wash no matter how careful I was with it. I have been
combing it out with a dog comb in order to get it half way presentable for the carder.
It was the first fiber I tried on the picker and, oh my gosh, within 30 seconds it was the most beautiful fluff I
have ever seen and carded like a dreamJ. Thank you so much for making this awesome tool. It is amazing
how much, missed, nibs and vegetable matter you get out of the fiber via the picker and it makes both my suri
and huacaya alpaca fiber into a much prettier carded batt with a fraction of the work.
I do have a question. What is the best way to clean the picker? Any particular brush or...?
Thanks again

About the Fancy Kitty Bench Picker
Hey Ron!
I don't know if you received the e-mail I send after I received my table
top wool picker. I love it! I opened it right away and started
picking. It has worked wonderfully on every type of wool I have tried
so far, including Romney, Corriedale, Cheviot, Finn and Icelandic. It
is amazing how much fiber you can pick in a short amount of time and HOW
FUN! I let a friend of mine try it to and she loved it as well. You
have a great product!
Thanks so much.

About the Kitten drum carder
Hi Ron. Good morning. Yes, my kitten arrived yesterday afternoon, and I could see that it was packaged with
due care. Thank you. It is MAGNIFICENT!! I don’t know what to card first—nothing seems ‘worthy’ of such a
beautifully crafted fiber tool! LOL! Anyway, I will let you know how it performs for me.…hmmm…gotta run…I
hear some copper alpaca calling to be carded…
Best to you and your family,
Paula :) (me, with a very happy face!)
Good Afternoon Ron,
I took my Fancy Kitty out this morning to take a look at it and it sure is a fine piece of equipment. You do excellent
work in producing a high quality carder. I've also had a chance to test it out and it works just great. Your
instructions were very well laid out and detailed so that helped allot. The wool that I've tested it with isn't the best
stuff so I'll be looking forward to trying it out on some other better wool. We'll have to wait till next spring to get
some of our own sheep's wool so for now I've been trying to find some inexpensive stuff on ebay to experiment
with.
Hope you have continued success in your endeavors!
Thanks once again and Happy Holidays!

Dear Mr. Anderson,
I just received my hourglass spinner ( ebony & tulipwood Stretch HG spinner Reference # 3569 ) & wanted to
tell you I love it . It is so COOL. I can tell I'm going to have a lot of fun experimenting with different fibers. The
wood is beautiful as is the craftsmanship.
I'm sure you hear this with every sale but I'm adding my voice to the chorus.
Sincerely,
Eve
Dear Ron,
I just had to let you know that I received my drum carder and aux. drum week ago today. I have already carded one
fleece into batts. It is working even better than I had hoped. I haven't even got a chance to try the one for fur but I
am sure it will work as good as the one for wool .
I had contacted you once before about making one taller so Mom could set in her chair and use it. Mom had
decided that she would just do it by hand. Before she had her last stroke she had purchased 3 commercial wool
bags full of wool so I could not see her doing it all by hand. She can't card for very long but she is enjoying the
carder as much as I am.
Again Thank you
Nancy
Hi Ron,
Yes it has arrived! It was in great condition. I would have felt safe mailed in that package. So much bubble wrap. My
cat is enjoying the box.
I've already tried it out and I don't know how I lived without it. I have also had the chance to try other carders since I
started spinning. For the same price and size range, this is the biggest and best priced carder I have seen. It runs
very smoothly. It seems easier to use than some of the other carders I've used. I'm able to feed decent sized pieces
of fiber into the licker-in without it becoming hard to turn. Other carders I've tried became very hard to turn with even
small amounts of fiber. It is easy to clean, especially because the larger drum is more up out of the casing. I can
easily get to it to clean it off. You produce a wonderful drum carder.
And it was very funny on my end. A friend of mine (also from Huntington) and myself both ordered our carders from
you at almost the same time. And we were completely unaware of it until she told me she ordered hers and I
exclaimed that I had too. We had both been waiting to see if we could find used carders for a good price and I guess
we both came to the conclusion that we weren't going to find a used carder for any cheaper than the Fancy Kitty so
we should just get a brand new one. I am very, very glad I did. Thank you.
Nadine
Hi Ron....my drum carder arrived today! I have just unpacked it but haven't had a chance to use it yet...but it turns
so smoothly. It was packed so well and arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately I have to leave town at 0600
tomorrow and still have to pack so I won't have time to try it until I get back home in 2 weeks. I can't wait!
Kathleen
Hi Ron,
Thanks very much for your note. I absolutely love the Kitten drum
carder! I have been carding and spinning up a storm since I received
it last week. I have sampled a variety of fibers, including kid
mohair, merino, and cormo. Today I am going to make a merino/tussah
silk blend. Thanks very much for your excellent and prompt service!
Kind regards,
Miryha
