We want you to be happy with your Fancy Kitty Products order. You may return an item within 14 days for a refund of the original product cost.
Returns and Order Problems
We do not refund shipping costs. If your order is wrong or damaged, please call us immediately so we can work quickly to make it right. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem and provide outstanding customer service.
Please call us as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receiving your item, if you need to make a return or if there is a problem with your order. We will explain the next steps.
How to Start a Return
Approved returns receive a refund for the original product cost. Shipping costs are not refunded.
